Ingredients


- Pie Crust: 1 pre-made or homemade sweet pie crust

Sugar Mix:

  - ¾ cup granulated sugar  

  - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon  

  - ½ teaspoon salt  

  - ½ teaspoon ground ginger  

  - ¼ teaspoon ground cloves  

Filling

  - 2 large eggs  

  - 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)  

  - 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk  


Instructions


1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  

2. Mix the Filling: 

   - In a large bowl, beat the eggs until they are smooth. Add the pumpkin puree and mix well.  

   - In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and cloves. Then, add this dry mix to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until well blended.  

   - Slowly add the evaporated milk and mix until everything is well combined.


3. Prepare the Pie:

   - Carefully pour the pumpkin filling into your unbaked pie crust. Be sure not to overfill the crust.


4. Bake:

   - Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 40-50 minutes. The pie is done when a knife or toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.


5. Cool and Serve:

   - Allow the pie to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.

   - Serve immediately with whipped cream
